Stretch & Pilates
A restorative mat class based on Joseph Pilates traditional method. Movements are interlinked and taught in a continuous flow. The main focus is on stretching and gentle movements.
Train on the famous Reformer in small groups. Spring resisted and assisted, this class is designed to find a deeper understanding of your body, but also to move you in constant flow. Suitable for those with Pilates experience and beginners depending on level.

Pilates with Weights
A more vigorous mat class using weights which also incorporates weightbearing exercises.
Parent & Baby Pilates
A lovely way to bond with your baby whilst meeting other parents. At the same time, this class will give you some ‘me-time’ and will help to restore your pelvic floor.
An introduction To Pilates based on Joseph Pilates traditional method.
Based on Joseph Pilates traditional method, a class that accommodates regular Pilates gurus, but also newbies. We work through the exercises slowly and methodically.
This class is great for people with some experience who want to step up their Pilates training and try out some more challenging moves.
A class that attracts both females and males as we move into more complex Pilates movements, with more weight bearing exercises and small weights.
